FloxyLuxe Shipping Policy

At FloxyLuxe, we proudly ship to our Luxe Geng across Germany, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Africa. We are committed to making sure your orders arrive quickly and safely.


1. Processing & Handling Time

  • All confirmed orders are shipped within 24 hours after receiving payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can stay updated.

2. Shipping Locations & Delivery Times

Germany & European Union

  • Germany (Domestic): 2–4 business days
  • EU countries: 3–7 business days
  • United Kingdom (London & other regions): 5–10 business days (customs may extend delivery)
  • Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
    ✅ Free shipping in Germany for orders above €50

Nigeria & Africa

  • Lagos: 🚀 Same-day delivery available for confirmed orders placed before 12PM
  • Benin City (Edo State): 🚀 Same-day delivery available for confirmed orders placed before 12PM
  • Other Nigerian states: 3–7 business days
  • Other African countries: 5–12 business days (depending on courier & location)
    ✅ We use trusted couriers such as DHL, GIG Logistics, and FedEx

3. Shipping Methods

  • We work with DHL, Deutsche Post
  • Every order includes a tracking number.
  • Express shipping is available on request (extra charges may apply).


4. Customs & Duties

  • For orders outside Germany or Nigeria, customs, duties, and taxes may apply.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • FloxyLuxe is not responsible for customs delays.


5. Order Tracking & Updates

 

  • A tracking number is provided once your order is shipped.
  • You can track your order online until delivery.
  • Customers in Germany & Nigeria may also receive updates via WhatsApp or SMS.


6. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct when placing an order.
  • FloxyLuxe is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately — our Luxe Geng Support Team will assist you.

7. Pre-Orders & Special Orders

 

  • Pre-order items will show estimated shipping dates on the product page.
  • Orders containing pre-order and in-stock items may ship separately.
