At FloxyLuxe, our Luxe Geng deserves only the best 💛 We carefully inspect every order before shipping to make sure you receive premium quality. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns


  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, waist trainers, shapewear, and intimate products can only be returned if unworn and unopened.
  • Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are non-refundable.

  2. Our Luxe Geng Support Team will confirm if your item is eligible.
  3. You will receive the return shipping address (Germany or Nigeria warehouse, depending on your location).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund or exchange status.


3. Refunds 

 

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

 

  • Exchanges are available for size or color (subject to stock availability).
  • If the requested exchange item is not available, we’ll issue a refund instead.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

 

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

 

6. Return Shipping Costs

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
