We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Yes! Returns within Europe are completely free. We'll send you a prepaid return label via email. For international returns, a flat shipping fee may apply — contact us for details.

Email us at hello@floxyluxe.store with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions. Simply pack the items, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest post office.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Absolutely! If you'd prefer store credit, just let us know when initiating your return. Store credit is issued instantly via email and never expires.

Yes! Email us at hello@floxyluxe.store with your order number and the new size you'd like. We'll send your new item as soon as we receive the original — or right away if the item is in stock. Exchanges within Europe include free shipping both ways.

For a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures you get your new item as fast as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.

For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, earrings, and any items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

We're sorry about that! Please email us at hello@floxyluxe.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.
