Delivery times depend on your location:

🇩🇪 Germany: Delivery takes 1–3 working days. Most orders arrive within 24–48 hours.

🇪🇺 Europe: Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days.

🇳🇬 Nigeria: Lagos 2–3 working days · South West (Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti) 3–5 days · rest of Nigeria 4–7 days.

🌍 International: Delivery may take 7–14 working days depending on location.

All orders include tracked shipping.

🇩🇪 Germany & Europe: Yes — free shipping on all orders over €49.99. For orders below that, rates are calculated at checkout.

🇳🇬 Nigeria: Shipping is charged based on your state — Lagos, South West, and other states have transparent flat rates calculated at checkout.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition for hygiene reasons.

Nigeria: Call or WhatsApp +234 816 201 1515, or email hello@floxyluxe.store with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions for our Lagos fulfillment address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.
